SusHi Tech Tokyo (Sustainable High City Tech Tokyo) is a Tokyo-based global innovation conference that brings together cutting-edge technology, diverse ideas, and digital expertise to address shared urban challenges around the world.
The 2026 edition is expected to feature approximately 700 exhibitors, welcome around 60,000 participants, and include representation from 49 cities worldwide, positioning it as a key platform for international innovation.
Background of the Appointment
Startup Lady Association is a Japan-based accelerator dedicated to supporting women entrepreneurs and next-generation leaders. Guided by the vision of creating an international community and startup ecosystem where women entrepreneurs can thrive as their authentic selves, the organization operates across three core pillars: Education, Inspiration, and Community.
In 2025, Startup Lady was selected for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s FY2025 Global Exchange Promotion Program, through which it launched Go Global Hub—a platform connecting entrepreneurs, investors, and companies from Japan and abroad.
Through this initiative, Startup Lady has leveraged cross-border knowledge and networks to connect globally minded talent with Japanese entrepreneurs and companies, supporting business growth aimed at international expansion while fostering the creation of ventures with social impact.
This appointment as an Official Ambassador reflects Startup Lady’s network, track record, and global approach to entrepreneurship support, all of which align with the vision of SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026: solving sustainable urban challenges through technology.

As an Official Ambassador, Startup Lady will focus on expanding event awareness and facilitating connections by recommending high-potential exhibitors and pitch presenters.
Key activities will include:
Specialized Side Events: Hosting sessions for women entrepreneurs and investors to foster dialogue and co-creation among diverse global stakeholders.
Thought Leadership: Moeko Suzuki, Representative Director of Startup Lady, is scheduled to serve as a moderator at the conference on April 28, 2026.
