METI-Commissioned Project “GIRAFFES JAPAN”
– Startup Lady Association Selected to Co-Manage “RED TOHOKU” (Regional Entrepreneurship Design)
Tokyo, Japan – The Startup Lady Association is pleased to announce that, together with Hands-on Inc., we have been commissioned to manage “RED TOHOKU (Regional Entrepreneurship Design)”, a program under the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’s (METI) women’s entrepreneurship support initiative “GIRAFFES JAPAN.”
About GIRAFFES JAPAN
“GIRAFFES JAPAN” is a nationwide initiative promoted by METI to support women entrepreneurs across Japan. Its core program, “RED (Regional Entrepreneurship Design),” hosts business plan presentations in six cities nationwide, creating opportunities for women entrepreneurs to connect with mentors, supporters, and investors.
About RED TOHOKU
The RED TOHOKU program is co-managed by the Startup Woman TOHOKU Consortium (Hands-on Inc. and Startup Lady Association). It provides women entrepreneurs in the Tohoku region with networking events and a variety of tailored programs, offering hands-on support to help their businesses grow and scale.
