Startup Lady Association Supports TEDx Event “TEDxInnovationU”

— Diverse Speakers to Gather Under the Theme “Intergenerational Innovation” —

The Startup Lady Association is supporting TEDxInnovationU, scheduled to take place on March 28th, 2026.

This event, themed “Intergenerational Innovation,” will bring together speakers from multiple generations and diverse backgrounds to share new perspectives and insights.

TEDx events are independently planned and hosted around the world in alignment with TED’s core idea of “Ideas Worth Spreading.” TEDxInnovationU is an officially licensed TEDx event organized under the philosophy of TED.

This event will feature approximately 20 speakers from a wide range of fields, including technology, art, science, and social innovation.

The speaker lineup will span generations — from students and young innovators to experienced leaders who have built long-standing careers in their respective domains.

By bringing together perspectives and experiences across generations, the event aims to inspire reflection on the future of society and innovation.

Startup Lady has continuously worked to create platforms for learning and co-creation that transcend borders, cultures, and generations, with a particular focus on empowering women entrepreneurs and nurturing next-generation leaders.

Through our activities, Startup Lady has recognized that innovation and entrepreneurship are driven not only by skills and knowledge, but also by meaningful dialogue among individuals with diverse perspectives and experiences.

The theme of “Intergenerational Innovation” strongly resonates with Startup Lady’s long-standing mission of fostering a society where future generations can continue to take on new challenges.

Based on this shared vision, Startup Lady is collaborating with the TEDxInnovationU team by:

Supporting speaker recruitment and selection

Assisting in identifying and connecting potential sponsors and partners

Promoting event information through its community channels

Additionally, through our community of approximately 2,000 members, Startup Lady actively shares the event’s vision and updates, encouraging entrepreneurs and next-generation leaders to engage with the initiative.
