HerRise #4 Overview
HerRise Program #4
「Fueling Growth: Mastering Startup Finance & Capital Strategy」

Sustainable business growth requires more than simply tracking sales and profits. Entrepreneurs must also understand how money flows through their businesses and use that information to make informed decisions.
In this fourth session, participants will explore the fundamentals of business finance, focusing on how profit and loss (P&L) statements and cash flow statements work and how to use them effectively.
Through hands-on exercises using spreadsheets, participants will create simplified financial statements and gain a practical understanding of the relationships between revenue, expenses, and profit, as well as how cash moves through a business.
The workshop will also cover how to assess profitability, monitor cash flow, and use financial data to evaluate business performance.
Beyond learning financial concepts, participants will develop the foundational skills needed to understand their business performance through numbers and make more informed decisions about future business plans and financial strategies.
