【Update】Call for Partners for the “Go Global Hub”
– Seeking partners to support cross-border challenges and co-creation –

 

Startup Lady  has established the Go Global Hub, a platform where entrepreneurs, investors, and companies from Japan and around the world can connect, collaborate, and create new innovations as part of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s FY2025 Global Exchange Activation Program.

We are now inviting corporate and organizational partners, as well as media partners, to join us in advancing this initiative.

Upcoming Activities

Starting in September 2025, Go Global Hub will host a total of seven events and programs that connect international and Japanese entrepreneurs, companies, and investors. These will serve as opportunities for global problem-solving, new business creation, and business matching.

  • Cross-Border Startup Match Salon (2 sessions) – Co-creation networking to form cross-border teams(September ・ October 2025)

  • Global Connector Salon (2 sessions) – Practical business matching between Japan-based startups and overseas corporations/VCs (November ・ December 2025)

  • Reverse Connect Tokyo (2 sessions) – International co-creation starting from real-world challenges faced by Japanese companies and entrepreneurs(January  February  2026)

  • Global Partner Matching (1 session, tentative title) – Large-scale, facilitated matching and connection event for entrepreneurs, founders, investors, and government officials (February  2026)

Background

Since its inception in 2017, Startup Lady has been supporting the growth of entrepreneurs and startups both in Japan and abroad. Throughout our activities, we have seen many entrepreneurs and supporters face significant challenges when expanding overseas—not only due to language barriers, but more critically due to limited understanding of industrial structures and cultural contexts.

To address these challenges, we established Go Global Hub to provide a platform where global entrepreneurs, investors, and Japanese startups can connect, collaborate, and co-create new businesses.

The realization of this vision requires partnerships across a wide range of sectors. Therefore, we are now widely seeking cooperation partners as described below.
