Startup Lady Association has established “Go Global Hub,” a platform for Japanese and global entrepreneurs and companies to innovate, connect, and collaborate.

The 2nd Cross-Border Startup Match Salon will be held on Monday, October 27th, 2025, at Playground (Plug and Play Japan Office).

By fostering collaboration between both Japanese and international entrepreneurs and aspiring founders, this program goes beyond simple networking. Participants will engage in hands-on co-creation workshops to cultivate meaningful connections and generate new business ideas.

Keynote Speaker

Koçu Oya (Founder & CEO, Oyraa Inc.)

Born in Turkey, Oya earned her graduate degree at the University of Tokyo and worked as a management/strategy consultant at BCG before founding Oyraa Inc. in 2017. Oyraa operates an on-demand interpretation platform connecting interpreters with users, and more recently has focused on AI interpretation using linguistic data. She has been involved in numerous public-private multicultural coexistence and international support projects led by Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, among others. She was awarded Nikkei Woman of the Year 2024 and has been featured in media such as Forbes Japan.
